Narrow, upright growth habit makes this a shrub for a wide variety of landscape uses. Shear heavily into a screen or formal hedge, it can also be beautiful standing alone as an accent of flanking an entrance. Small red berries ass interest in fall. Grows well in many soil types except poorly drained.
