For example, one basket could contain pussy willows, a second trailing everlasting greenery and the third everlasting tulips.

The twinkling of fairy lights whether on a railing or encased in lanterns is a delightful way to invite spring into your home. Be playful and add lighted elements throughout your entry way. Everyone in my neighborhood always wait to see what I will be doing, color, flowers and door colour
a few years ago I went very bold and painted it YELLOW< wow the only one around. most loved it
one neighbor said are you jealous??? why I said, NO I just love the colour YELLOW and BLUE, but had enough of a blue DOOR.
this spring I purchased a child colourful umbrella, tied a gig YELLOW ribbon around and hung on the door
underneath, I place a plant stand with a you guessed it a yellow watering can and put spring flowers in,
not the best of flowers but will see what other bright ones I can find.
As the saying goes: " April showers bring May flowers".
