Online Orders, Shipping & Delivery
You agree to ensure payment for any items you may purchase from us and you acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, you agree to provide us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order (including online orders) for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale and we reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of our products. For the sale of physical products, we may preauthorize your credit or debit card at the time you place the order or we may simply charge your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates you are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances.
Trees, Shrubs & Evergreens
100% Plant Guarantee for 1 year from the date of purchase, with original cash register receipt. Upgrade to a 2-year guarantee with the purchase of any Garden Gallery Plant Starter.
Conditional warranty on all houseplants for 30 days from date of purchase, with original cash register receipt.
What will we do for you?
If your plant dies during the guaranteed period we will issue a store credit for the full amount paid. The plant’s original receipt and the dead plant must be presented to honour the guarantee. Photocopy of receipts and debit or credit card statements are not accepted. Plant starter, original receipt, and dead plant must be presented to honour the 2-year guarantee. The plant starter must be purchased at the same time as the plant in order to qualify for the 2-year guarantee.
Perennials, Roses & Grasses
If either fails to grow during the season of purchase, we will issue a store credit for the full amount paid. Please note that annual grasses are not guaranteed. Perennials, roses, and grasses are not guaranteed over winter. Prior to December, 31st.
Planting Guarantee Limitations
Annuals, hanging baskets, vegetable plants, potted flowers, orchids, and bonsai are not guaranteed. Any nursery stock planted in above-ground containers is not guaranteed. The guarantee does not apply if the death of the plant is attributed to an incurable disease or a pest that cannot be controlled by pesticides that are available to the public. The guarantee does not apply when damage to the plant was caused by the act of a person, animal, vandalism, or act of God. The planting guarantee is valid for first-time plant failure. There is no further implied guarantee. The guarantee is null and void if the plant is not planted within 7 days of leaving store premises. Please save your Garden Gallery receipt.
2023 Holiday Return Policy
No returns on Christmas décor after DECEMBER 24, 2023. Seasonal merchandise sold at 30% off or greater are FINAL SALE. Fashion can be returned for store credit with original receipt until JANUARY 8, 2024. Clearance items and fashion are final sale.
You may return your purchase for a refund, store credit, or exchange at Lakeside Garden Gallery. All returns and exchanges MUST be accompanied by the original receipt. Full refund or exchange within 7 days. Store credit valid after that up until 30 days from the date of original purchase. Excludes pest control, concrete products, custom orders, live plants, and patio furniture. Attached tags are required on all fashion returns or exchanges.
SOD AND CONCRETE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. Paid yard/bulk products must be picked up the same day as purchased. No returns, no guarantee or exchanges.
Patio Furniture is FINAL SALE. Repair or replacement only - based on manufacturer's warranty.
